Graphic Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Design Manager to lead our artwork room. This is an in-office role for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for high-quality design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects under tight deadlines
• Create accurate production-ready proofs for customer review
• Process incoming and outgoing artwork from emails
• Update and maintain product templates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency
• Help establish and enforce artwork policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Strong proficiency in vector-based software
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
• Experience with CorelDraw is a plus
• Familiarity with the Pantone Matching System is a plus
• Strong typographic and layout design skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, spelling, and proofreading
• Flexible and willing to assist where needed
