Job Description

JOB DUTIES:Brand & Visual Identification Evolve and maintain the visual identity across all digital channels (web, product UI, social, email, campaigns, presentations, etc.). Translate brand strategy and positioning into clear, coherent visual systems, templates, and guidelines. Ensure consistency of brand expression while allowing for creativity and innovation within the system. Digital Design & Execution Concept, design, and produce high-quality digital assets, including web pages and landing pages; social media campaigns and content; email marketing templates; digital ads and banners; and presentation and sales materials. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and performant. Design Strategy & Trend Research Bring current and emerging digital and design trends, methods, and processes into the work for clients brands and audiences. Use design thinking, research, and testing to refine concepts and improve effectiveness over time. Help shape and document best practices for internal design standards and workflows. Process, Quality & Collaboration Own projects end-to-end from brief and concept to production, QA, and delivery. Manage files, libraries, and design systems in an organized, scalable way. Provide and receive feedback constructively and help raise the bar for design quality across the team. Full-Time Remote Work Permitted.
