Customer Service

We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative.  This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive customer experience in a collaborative environment.  If you have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls warmly and assist with customer questions and concerns. 
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.  
• Handle complaints and issues professionally, working to resolve problems quickly and effectively.  
• Provide updates on order status, delivery times, and other relevant information.  
• Keep clear and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.  
• Work with other teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.  
• Aim to provide excellent service and make each customer’s experience positive.
