RN Case Manager - OB/GYN

Location: Lynn, MA

Facility Type: Health Center/Clinic

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)

Duration: 13 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension

Compensation:

• Local: $60/hour

• Travel: $2,719/week

Position Overview

Are you an RN who enjoys patient education, care coordination, and supporting women's health? This RN Case Manager - OB/GYN role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on providing high-quality care to all patients, regardless of ability to pay.

This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in an ambulatory or community health setting and enjoys building relationships with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage OB/GYN patients presenting as walk-ins or via phone to determine urgency and appropriate level of care

• Perform clinical duties including NSTs, pregnancy testing, family planning services, medication administration, and assisting providers as needed

• Complete the Introduction to Fetal Heart Monitoring online course through AWHONN within one year of hire

• Collaborate with and coach OB case workers to ensure consistent perinatal and postpartum care, education, and support

• Provide patient and family health education tailored to individual needs

• Maintain clinic flow and ensure patient needs are met efficiently

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience working in OB/GYN

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license

• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish, Khmer, or Russian with medical terminology knowledge

• Prior community health or ambulatory care experience

• Experience working with diverse patient populations

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
