Position Overview

Denver Sports Recovery is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary performance and recovery team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping active adults, athletes, postpartum clients, and individuals with pelvic health dysfunction return to high performance and pain-free movement.

The ideal candidate combines evidence-based pelvic health care with a whole-body, movement-focused treatment philosophy. You will collaborate closely with sports physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, recovery specialists, and strength professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including:

Urinary incontinence

Pelvic pain

Postpartum recovery

Diastasis recti

Core dysfunction

Constipation and bowel dysfunction

Sexual health-related musculoskeletal concerns

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, mobility, strength, and performance
• Perform internal and external pelvic floor examinations as appropriate
• Integrate manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, breathwork, and movement retraining
• Collaborate with other providers within Denver Sports Recovery to support holistic patient care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and clinic growth initiatives
• Contribute to community outreach, workshops, and educational content as desired

QualificationsRequired

• Licensed Health Care Provider
• Completion of pelvic floor therapy training coursework and certified
• Experience treating pelvic health patients in a clinical setting
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities

Preferred

• Certification or advanced pelvic health certifications
• Experience working with athletes or active populations
• Dry needling certification
• Experience with return-to-sport rehabilitation
• Passion for performance-based rehabilitation and wellness
