Inside Sales / Customer Service – Building Materials Distribution

Location: Alliance, Ohio

Pay: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to support our inside sales and customer service operations. In this role, you’ll handle customer orders and inquiries via phone, email, and fax while providing accurate, friendly service.

What You’ll Do

• Process customer orders and quotes
• Respond to product and service inquiries
• Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Support daily office operations and additional assigned tasks

What You Bring

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience required
• Building material experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
