About the Hospital

• $35,000 in bonuses and incentives available
• 400+ Bed teaching hospital
• Flexible 40-hour work week: Choose early or late shifts based on preference
• Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step down + More
• See an average of 7-8 patients per day in acute
• 6 weeks on individualized mentorship and training provided on day 1
• Clinical ladder program with a leadership growth track to support your career progression the right way
• Collaborate with a team of over 40 Therapists in acute care alone

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Desire to treat highly complex cases
• Servant leader mindset
