Job Description The Chief Technical Architect Office is advancing Oracle's next-generation data center strategy by unifying digital design, physical build, and operations into a cohesive architecture. We create standards, automation, and reference designs that accelerate scale. As a Power Systems Architect (Owner's Engineer Lead), you will own the end-to-end architectural vision, systems strategy, and technical standards for electrical power delivery from grid through onsite generation to data center. Operating at a principal architect/VP-equivalent individual contributor level, you will serve as the final technical authority for high-voltage transmission, substations, interconnection, and site power integration across our global infrastructure portfolio.
