Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Tech Lead / Solution Architect to join a large insurance organization supporting a major financial transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in assessing inherited financial applications, and designing scalable, compliant architectures aligned to both immediate needs and a long-term general ledger replacement roadmap. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep finance domain expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly visible environment while guiding developers and influencing architectural direction.
