Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Developer (ORC Specialist)-W2 Only Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract / Consulting Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to support development, integrations, and enhancements across the Oracle HCM platform. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience developing ORC HCM Extracts, integrations with third-party ATS platforms and job boards , and working across the broader Oracle HCM ecosystem.
