The employee in this role directs the development, coordination, and implementation of Salesforce architecture frameworks, policies, and standards. Job Description What You'll Do: Architecture and standards Own and drive reference architectures for HV/MV/LV distribution, AIS/GIS substations, protective relaying, grounding, and microgrid/EMS controls. Define interconnection strategies with utilities (transmission and distribution), including islanding. Establish standards for generators (turbines/reciprocating engines), switchgear, UPS topologies, and BESS integration. Ensure designs meet or exceed reliability goals (e.g., N+1/2N) and fault tolerance requirements.
