Job Description Role Overview The Total Rewards Program - Senior Analyst will support the operational management of the Total Rewards Portal, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Compensation & Benefits SMEs, IT, HR, Legal, Purchasing, Legal) along with varying levels of leadership across the US and the globe and external vendors. This role will ensure seamless portal functionality and user experience, drive well-executed program launches and updates, and deliver data-driven insights to improve employee experience and program effectiveness.
