One primary function includes compiling OPWDD's annual $10B Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR) for services provided in state-operated institutional and community-based programs which includes the facilitation of an annual certification of the CFR by an independent CPA firm. CARS also maintains OPWDD's Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) to support reimbursement of costs associated with administering OPWDD's service delivery system of both state-operated and over 600 voluntary not-for-profit service providers. The revenues generated by these sources directly finance OPWDD operations. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, a constant learner, and a trusted partner.
