The Investment Banking Intern position will require working as part of a team to assist in the completion of corporate finance transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and numerous other financial advisory mandates. Job responsibilities will include assisting Analysts in performing financial and valuation analysis, conducting industry and company research, preparing various transaction marketing materials, and contributing to aspects of client interaction and process management.
