What success looks like in this role: Position Summary The OCM Analyst supports organizational change initiatives across transitions, transformations, and projects. Embedded within the Unisys Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, this role works closely with stakeholders to drive successful change adoption through strategic communication, training, and engagement activities. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of OCM plans aligned with project goals and stakeholder needs. Design and deliver engaging communications tailored to diverse audiences (e.g., leadership, end users, client teams).
