Department: Product Management Job Description: The Enterprise Business Analyst works with various business areas to identify and define their business needs related to a project or production support initiatives. At times in a lead role, the Enterprise Business Analyst is responsible for planning, developing and managing requirements to inform the design for the solution, ensure that business needs are met, and ensure that business impacts resulting from the solution are acceptable. Facilitates solutions to business problems through process improvement, impact analysis, strategic planning and, in partnership with IT, through systems development. Work Arrangement: Employees who live within 30 miles of the TMG home office are expected to follow a hybrid or in-office schedule. The initial training period may require additional in‑office days.
