Position Summary The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is looking for an Environmental Analyst II, Stormwater and Wetlands Analyst. This individual will possess strong communication skills as the role will require attendance and participation at public hearings and meetings. The Environmental Analyst II will be tasked with performing professional environmental analyses and planning duties in such areas as water resource and stormwater management, wetland delineation, permitting and protection, and engineering and drainage design plan review, in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, and sound environmental science principles and practices.
