The Payroll Compliance and Operations Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across a global organization. This role partners across teams to monitor payroll and timekeeping processes, meet financial, tax, and labor reporting requirements, and drive process improvements that reduce risk and strengthen operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, payroll compliance expertise, and a continuous-improvement mindset. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Facilitate payroll controls compliance globally through the monitoring, and analysis of controls surrounding payroll & timekeeping functions as required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the internal audit department.
