We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our small, but mighty data team. You will use data to tell stories, uncover trends, and drive decisions across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing. You'll create dashboards, run analyses, and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve user engagement and health outcomes while helping to establish internal AI use cases and guidelines. Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule.
