Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM). Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave, activities and workforce optimization. Experience of working with WFM APIs Experience of working with Dell Boomi integrations Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools for creating queries. Experience with system integration, testing, and change management. Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with UKG Dimensions or other modern WFM solutions.
