Definition (ON-SITE - In-Person Position) Summary Under direction from the Manager of Employment Services, performs a variety of highly responsible and complex professional level administrative, technical, and analytical functions in support of the District’s human resources activities; provide leadership for and coordination of human resources services with the district human resources team, other departments, district administration, campuses, and employee associations. Interpret and apply appropriate laws, policies and procedures, and collective bargaining agreements in daily actions and decisions. Provide leadership and guidance for employment services activities and personnel records maintenance.
