What You'll Do Drive new logo acquisition across key verticals o Develop and execute territory and prospecting strategies to land new customers through a direct sales motion, with a primary focus on healthcare, retail, and financial services, while operating across all three verticals. o Identify, engage, and build relationships with executive stakeholders (CX, Digital, Operations) to position CSG's AI-enabled CX solutions. o Lead end-to-end sales cycles-from outbound prospecting and discovery through solution shaping, business case development, and deal closure.
