About the Role We’re a growing solar and electrical business based in Hamilton & Cambridge, focused on quality installations, good people, and doing things properly. As we move into 2026, we’re looking for an entry-level Operations & Sales Manager who we can train from the ground up and integrate fully into the business. Rather than hiring an experienced manager with fixed ways of working, we’re intentionally looking for the right person — organised, people-focused, and tech-savvy — who wants to learn how the business actually runs and grow into a senior operational role over time. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping manage enquiries, quotes, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination between customers and install teams. The long-term goal of this role is simple: to take the operational load off the business owner.
