Pre-Sales Solutions Architect In this role, you will: Work directly with customers in a pre-sales capacity to gather custom software-based integration and/or automation requirements leveraging Client's REST APIs and various third-party APIs Partner with Client account teams and other pre-sales roles with Client to guide the requirements gathering process with the customer Become an expert in Client's products and how to build cohesive integrations and automations that interact with Client's products Design and document custom software-based integration and automation processes Provide level of effort estimates (and calculated costs based on standard hourly rates) Write services contracts (in partnership with other Client's pre-sales resources) including well-defined scope, effort, and costs based on gathered customer requirements and your recommended designs Present solution designs and contract proposals to customers Work with our team of post-sales...
