Description Reports to: Assistant General Manager Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm ONSITE EVERYDAY Naugatuck, CT Main Duties/Responsibilities: Receive and process customer's requests for quotes and sales orders via phone, fax and email accurately and timely. Provide customers with all required information upon request. Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding customer service. Work with team-members to provide support as required. Follow all aspects of the Company's quality system and assist with the development of the system as required. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and company values. Other duties as required.
