Job Description The Sales Lead Development Representative will be responsible for marketing the company’s products and/or services via telephone, email and webchat with well-qualified prospects. Answers customer questions about products and services, product equipment functionality and pricing, typically generated as a result of local and/or national advertising. Assists in the company’s sales by generating prospective customers by initiating calls to potential and existing customers and qualifying leads. Qualified leads are directed to the sales team for follow-up and to close the sale. May maintain a database of well-qualified leads and may schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers, or for customers to attend sales presentations.
