Job Description The Senior Director, Client Management will be responsible for developing and manage multiple innovative programs focused on ARR retention including all phases of the Customer Journey. They will be expanding the use of AI to identify at risk Customers and generate strategic insights that are used across NetSuite to provide context and identify opportunities to improve overall Customer success. This role will have direct influence on Customer Success strategies with NetSuite executives and be relied upon as a thought leader.
