As a Federal Learning Consultant, you will support the training delivery and go-live support at a client site. Responsibilities include: Localize and implement training strategies and plans that maximize end user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives. Remain knowledgeable of changes within the deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively. Build, manage, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators.
