This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. What You'll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day operational support for SQL Server database platforms, with a focus on user access, ticket resolution, and system configuration. Manage and respond to incoming requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level expectations.
