Must be able to execute effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure components. This role will include patching, remediation, compliance, and end user support functions. The Systems Administrator may be required to make critical decisions in system down situations and/or assist the distant end customer on how to restore the IT system infrastructure.
