Job Description Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for all mission-critical databases like (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Couchbase, Redis etc.). Design, implement, and maintain backup, replication, and failover strategies aligned with RTO/RPO objectives. Oversee the development and enforcement of database performance monitoring, alerting, and telemetry standards.
