This role serves as the highest technical escalation point for Help Desk and Field IT teams and is responsible for supporting a large, multi-OS endpoint environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows imaging, endpoint management tools (such as Intune, KACE, Jamf, or similar), automation/scripting, and enterprise desktop support along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
