Our financial services client is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to lead their analytics engineering team and own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of their data platform. This candidate will manage two analysts, partner with software engineering on ETL/integration work, and make the technical decisions that shape how the organization consumes data. The priorities are speed, security, and stability, in that order when they conflict. This role requires initiative and ownership. This will be a fulltime position, with a hybrid schedule of Tues/Thurs in office in Irvine, CA.
