Job Description Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for all mission-critical databases like (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Couchbase, Redis etc.). Design, implement, and maintain backup, replication, and failover strategies aligned with RTO/RPO objectives. Oversee the development and enforcement of database performance monitoring, alerting, and telemetry standards. Own the incident response process for database outages, performance degradation, and data loss prevention. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of database engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
