This Software Engineer position is responsible for analysis, design, implementation, unit testing, and quality engineering to produce and maintain high-quality software solutions. This is an opportunity to develop a new platform, using a new technology stack and new processes, from the early stages.This is a role that requires rapid learning of new tools and technologies: new languages, new domains (data science, collaboration with psychometrics), and new processes (LLM codegen, agentic AI development). The ideal engineer is willing to take high-level ownership of functionality, filling in the gaps and eliciting requirements without fully relying on a business analyst, and executing quality processes without fully relying on a QA engineer.
