Position Summary The Solution Architect for Salesforce and Enrollment Systems provides strategic and technical leadership to design, integrate, and optimize CRM and student/customer enrollment platforms across the enterprise. This role ensures that Salesforce and associated systems deliver a seamless end-to-end experience—from lead capture through onboarding—while aligning with business objectives, data governance, and architectural best practices. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud) and enrollment management platforms.
