Job Description Join a high-impact team supporting one of the nation's largest electronic healthcare modernization programs. The IDD works within a high-impact Agile team supporting the design, development, and maintenance of training materials and learning solutions via established standards and tools, to drive workflow adoption across multiple delivery modalities for a major Federal electronic healthcare initiative. Key Responsibilities Design and develop learning assets including, but not limited to, assessments, job aids, performance support, eLearning, ILT/vILT materials, and webinars. Create and maintain training content and respective source materials (e.g., Patient Data Profiles) using provided designs, templates, and requirements. Apply foundational instructional design and adult learning principles.
