Job Description We are seeking a senior-level GIS Technical Program Manager with deep experience across the ESRI ecosystem to support and oversee a growing portfolio of internally developed GIS-based business applications. This role blends hands-on ESRI application development with technical program management, ensuring that GIS solutions are thoughtfully designed, well-governed, and aligned with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is a versatile ESRI generalist who can design and build GIS dashboards and applications, administer and enhance ESRI systems, and partner closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-impact geospatial solutions.
