Job Description We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CSM) module and a strong understanding of how Dynamics is constructed internally. This role requires someone who can confidently answer highly detailed technical and architectural questions about the platform-not just configure it.
