POSITION SUMMARY: A Developer 4 will work on-site at our corporate office in Springfield, MO. and is a subject matter expert in at least one system or application and able to answer any questions that come from business partners. Provide analysis, design and develop new and existing software and create flow charts. Technically lead and mentor other developers. Effectively communicate with business users, and perform process improvements, configuration changes, ad hoc and day to day activities.
