The Instructional Designer and Developer (IDD) leads complex learning initiatives supporting a large-scale Federal electronic healthcare program. This role assesses training needs for complex workflows, workflow adoption, and defines blended learning solutions and approaches, ensures scalability and innovation across the learning product lifecycle, aligned to the client's operational needs.
