Job Description Insight Global is partnering with a large federal company in the Aurora, CO area to find a System Maintainer II to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the overall implementation of system maintenance which includes updating, enhancing, and creating while also maintaining accurate, concise and complete maintenance and operation documents. They will be responsible for the ticket escalation process to resolve system problems and prevent them in the future.
