You will maintain and update technical documentation and participate in IT projects and system upgrades. In addition, this role will have responsibility to manage user accounts and access permissions within an organization's systems. You will ensure users have the appropriate access to resources, troubleshoot login issues, and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive information.
