Job Description The Network Engineer IV - Palo Alto Prisma will be responsible for 24×7 operational support, escalation, and lifecycle management of enterprise Prisma SD WAN and Prisma Access solutions within Managed Services and Network as a Service (NaaS) environments. This role serves as a Tier 3 escalation engineer, supporting complex global, hybrid, and cloud customer networks, leading high severity incident response, and ensuring service quality, stability, and customer satisfaction. The engineer works cross functionally with Managed Services, Security, Network, Engineering, Presales, Product, and Service Management teams, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to platform maturity, automation, and operational excellence.
