Job Description The candidate supports end to end service activation by coordinating with customers, architects, and vendors, performing IT&A, and ensuring all implementations meet governement standards. They manage Service Orders and TSOs, initiate device configurations, and validate customer requirements through DISN systems and databases. Their work includes designing and adjusting network configurations, coordinating circuit activations with commercial providers, and monitoring network performance to verify successful changes. The candidate applies systems analysis techniques to define functional requirements and collaborates with government project managers and customers to resolve unclear or incomplete information.
