JOB SUMMARY The Network Engineer is primarily engaged in troubleshooting, installing network and server issues in customers’ environments including servers, switches, and other networking devices. The Network Engineer will document identified network information that is pertinent for future support. The Network Engineer is primarily troubleshooting issues that were escalated from other tiers.
