Job Description The Network Engineer IV - Palo Alto Prisma will be responsible for 24×7 operational support, escalation, and lifecycle management of enterprise Prisma SD WAN and Prisma Access solutions within Managed Services and Network as a Service (NaaS) environments. This role serves as a Tier 3 escalation engineer, supporting complex global, hybrid, and cloud customer networks, leading high severity incident response, and ensuring service quality, stability, and customer satisfaction.
