Job Description Day to Day: Serve as a Level 4 escalation point for complex Yardi-related issues Support high-level troubleshooting (issues may take hours, days, or weeks to resolve) Monitor and manage escalated tickets (10-15/week, lower volume but high complexity) Work on: o Bank/file feeds (ex: positive pay, integrations) o Vendor/system integrations within Yardi o Security/permissions analysis and configuration o Audit requests (logs, controls, data validation) Act as a Yardi system administrator: o Implement high-level configuration changes o Make judgment calls on technical feasibility Collaborate with: o Level 2 support teams o Business analysts + development teams o Business stakeholders across varying technical skill levels Insight Global is seeking a Junior Solutions Architect for a top commercial real estate services organization.
