Job Title Licensed Building Engineer Job Description Summary Licensed Building Engineer Job Description Reports To: Chief Engineer Primary Purpose of Position: Maintain the integrity of all building systems, operate the building in an efficient manner, and perform a variety of tenant services while maintaining positive tenant relations in accordance with the client's established operational and safety procedures. Essential Functions: Perform and/or oversee the day-to-day efficient operation, maintenance and repair of all building and site systems for assigned properties.
