Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description As a Quality Engineer, you will support both internal and supplier quality initiatives, lead root cause analysis efforts, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100. You will be the go-to quality expert for motor programs, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve processes and exceed customer expectations. In the short term, you will also perform inspection activities (receiving, in-process, and final), contributing directly to product quality as operations ramp up locally.
